CIF Reports

CIF Blue Reports

Reports by term for courses evaluated beginning Spring 2024 (Blue pilot courses) through current. There are multiple reports available:

  • Individual Instructor Report - a PDF report per class by term
  • Student-Level Comment Report - a PDF file per class, per instructor with student comments and responses to select questions for context
  • Course Department Reports - a PDF report listing results for all courses in the department, as well as select summary statistics
  • Instructor Department Reports - a PDF report listing results for all faculty in the department, as well as select summary statistics

Note: The CIF Blue team is working with the Blue vendor, Explorance, to migrate report data from the previous Tableau Reports into Blue. During this transition, the previous Tableau reports will remain available for viewing, download, or printing.

CIF Tableau Reports - Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT)

Compiles CIF results by term, instructor, and course for the past 10 years through current and returns to the familiar format used prior to Academic Year 2024/25 -- streamlined to highlight the data most relevant for RPT cases (does not contain results for additional questions or student comments).

CIF Tableau Reports - Department Summary

Shows courses evaluated for a department (by term, instructor, and course) with select statistics from Fall 2008 through Spring 2024, non CIF Blue pilot courses.

To view a specific Class Report, Additional Questions, or Student Comments, select (click) a course from the list of courses.

Users with access to department level reporting, also have the ability to filter the view based on academic term, subject, location, etc.

CIF Tableau Reports - Instructor History Summary

Shows courses evaluated by term with select statistics from Fall 2008 through Spring 2024, non CIF Blue pilot courses.

Users will need to select a instructor name from the Instructor drop down box. Once the instructor name has been selected, to view a specific Class Report, Additional Questions, Student Comments, Composite History, etc., select (click) a course from the list.

  • What does PRELIMINARY mean in a report title?

    If PRELIMINARY is in the report title, this identifies a report that was made available BEFORE the official end of semester report is available, typically these are for courses that had survey windows end prior to fall or spring break. The report is identified with the PRELIMINARY in the header and just above the instructor/course demographics on the report. These reports are NOT to be used for Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) purposes.
